nThe volume of e-mail has also increased because of poor e-mail management:
1.Some unnecessary communication is occurring in e‑mails because management doesn’t establish acceptable uses of e-mail, and business people don’t tell each other the limits on types of e-mail they want.
2.Poorly written e-mails result in the receiver’s sending one or more e-mails asking for clarification and the sender’s responses in additional e-mails to clarify.
3.Incomplete responses result in the receiver’s sending
